Returns & refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This page explains how to request a return or refund and what to expect. For order-specific questions, email orders@nextlevelelevated.co.za with your order reference.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos if applicable. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund according to consumer law and our assessment of the case.

Change of mind

Where applicable law allows, we may accept returns for change of mind on unopened, resaleable goods within a reasonable period. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are typically borne by the customer unless we state otherwise in writing.

How to start a return

  1. Email orders@nextlevelelevated.co.za with your order reference and reason.
  2. Wait for confirmation and any return instructions (including address or courier details).
  3. Pack items securely; include any labels or documentation we provide.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible. Timing depends on banks and payment providers — typically a few business days after we process the refund.
